might as well update the journal while i'm at it. so i finally updated. after exams and projects, i finally got back to drawing. the work here is basically what i've been doing in the past week or so, on and off. i work harder when i enjoy the work, i suppose. i'm a little disappointed with some of the digitized versions of these drawings, especially the sasuke stuff. i think i might upload the non-manipulation versions of them. if anyone is interested, that is. i do think that the photoshop stuff gives some mood and focus to the drawings. i think i will be painting next, that is when i don't have DB stuff to work on. probably both digital

i know i'm being anal because there are too many people who do this, so it's probably less their fault then my taste. i hate dropshadows. used anywhere. in anyway. it looks so fake, so cheesy, so messy, and so...not doing anything. it's just there being annoying and detracting from both the frame and the picture...
